1860's Baseball Game
at the Historic Andrew Peterson Farmstead

An 1860's baseball game will be held on Sunday, August 1st, 2021, 1:00 – 3:00pm at the Historic Andrew Peterson Farmstead, 8060 Highway 5, Waconia, MN 55387.

The main baseball team is the historical 1860’s ball club called the Quicksteps and they will be playing a variety of local players from Waconia Baseball Association and staff / volunteers and board members from the WCH2021 - Minnesota State Amateur Baseball Tournament. Both groups will also be out to talk about upcoming baseball games for the State tournament and historical baseball and townball baseball.

Admission for the game is free to the public but donations are always welcome. Parking and bathrooms are onsite.  Fans can  purchase cold beverages (pop and water) peanuts and cracker jacks at the CCHS vending booth or pack a picnic lunch and come find a spot out in the grassy farm field.  Bring chairs or blankets for seating at this event.
