Run100 / May 1-31
Avid runners will love this challenge - run 100 miles in the month of May. Achieve all 100 miles and earn your run100 2024 team sweatshirt. Optional group runs are held Saturdays at 9:00am (trailhead of 2nd Street & Beech St) for additional accountability. Log sheets will be provided once you register.

Aqua Fit / May 9 - June 27
 Join us in the pool where you are surrounded by the natural resistance of the water. We will utilize the shallow and the deep water as well as a variety of aqua tools including buoyancy belts, noodles, and water weights. Cardio and strength will be the focus of this 45-minute workout. There is little to no impact on your body which makes this work out a great fit for any level.

Memorial Workout of the Day / May 25th / Veterans Park / 10:00am
Join us on May 25th as we come together to commemorate and honor the sacrifices made by our military forces. In recognition of Memorial Day, we're hosting a special Workout of the Day (WOD) dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who have served our country. This event is not just about fitness; it's about paying tribute to those who have selflessly dedicated themselves to protecting our freedoms. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to workouts, everyone is welcome to participate and show their support. Expect a challenging yet meaningful workout that symbolizes the resilience and strength of our armed forces. Memorial WoD includes running, pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats! Modifications will be available for most fitness levels.
