Maintain, Don't Gain: 7-Week Wellness ChallengeNovember 11, 2024-January 1, 2025
This holiday season stay on track with your fitness goals! Give yourself the best gift this season and avoid the holiday weight gain. This program includes a private Facebook group, challenges, weekly emails including healthy tips/tricks, recipes and more! Those who maintain their weight (stay within 1% of starting weight) during the program will be entered into for a drawing to win a Personal Training session ($60 value).
