9/11 We Remember WoD

Let's honor those who lost their lives on the tragic day 9/11/01. Complete the Never Forget Workout Of the Day (WOD) on Saturday, September 6th at Veteran's Park. Join fitness coach Syn Robertson for a workout that is dedicated to those who lost their lives on this tragic day. Cost of workout includes 9/11 t-shirt.

Therapeutic Yoga

Blends gentle movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, and more to support stress relief, recovery, and nervous system balance. This class is great for anyone dealing with tension, fatigue, or the effects of daily stress or physical strain. All levels welcome!

Fall Into Fitness

Join us for a journey to reset, recharge and refocus on your fitness as we transition into the fall season. This challenge is all about building consistency, gaining energy, and creating healthy habits that stick - without pressure or perfection. Free!

Daily Workouts (15-20 minute workouts easy to follow and modifiable)

Generation POUND(R)

Generation POUND® was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. The program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills for “Rockstars in Training,” ages 5-12. Instructors use Ripstix®–POUND’s lightly weighted exercise drumsticks–to learn alternative ways to explore movement.
