CCC After School Care

Each child will arrive at the Chaska Community Center via District 112 busing after their school release.  Buses will take the child to our doors where they will step into a world of fun!  Daily schedule includes a healthy afternoon snack, game/play time, and active play (gymnasium, outside, or, on a few special days per year, swimming & ice skating).  Parents can pick up their child any time before 6:00pm.  After registration, parents will complete an authorization for pickups; we require parents to present a government-issued ID at pick up if they are not immediately recognized.

Our staff at the CCC are chosen for their fun energy and ability to care for your children.  All staff have completed background check and are certified in infant/child/adult CPR.  Additionally, our staff are trained in all other safety standards and are eager to have FUN with the children at CCC After School Care.  Our program requires a 15:1 staff ratio to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care.  

A non-refundable $75 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.  Payments can be made on a Monthly or Weekly schedule, depending on your selection at the time of registration.  For monthly option, payments are due on the 1st of each month.  For the weekly option, payments are due every Sunday.  Payments are automatically deducted from your credit/debit card or bank account at midnight on the day that your payment is due.  A late payment fee of $25.00 will be assessed if payment is collected later than 2 business days after payment is due. Changes can be made to your payment type via your online account or by calling 952-227-7755.

We will begin accepting registrations for 5 day per week contracts on April 1, 2026.  Your registration includes childcare after school Monday–Friday, 2:15-6:00pm from September 2, 2026, through June 3, 2026.  Registration does not include early release or non-school day care. 

Vacation Policy

Each child receives 5 days of vacation/sick day credits.  It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to submit a Vacation Day Credit Request to receive credit on their account.  A Vacation Day Credit Request must be submitted online (below).  Once all 5 credit days have been used, payment is required for all other absences.

Absence Policy

If your child will miss school for a planned or unplanned absence, notifying the school DOES NOT notify the CCC After School Care program.  It is the parents responsibility to notify the program using the absence notification form (below).  When filling out the form, please indicate the following: 

• Parent Name
• Child's Name
• Child's grade (for cases of duplicate names)
• The date of absence
• Phone number where parent can be reached

Failure to notify our staff will result in a $20 fee where program staff must search for a child.

Parents are more than welcome to pack a snack for their child!
